We are trained behavioral and educational professionals. We understand and empathize greatly with the challenges faced by our clients. That’s why we are so committed to finding the right solution for each school and family.

Combined, we have spent over 40 years reaching out to students from early childhood through post-high school who experience a number of behavioral, mental health, and/or academic issues. We have extensive experience working directly with schools and families to facilitate successful educational and behavioral programs for students who have a wide range of special needs.

We have a keen understanding of the varying nature of behavior and its function within the school, home, and community. Our careers have enabled us to work in nearly every school district in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. We have had the opportunity to assist literally hundreds of classrooms.

This has allowed us to gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall school setting including teaching styles, administrative organization and philosophy, environmental influences, and supports for students with emotional/behavioral needs.

The depth and breadth of our knowledge regarding behavior, mental health, and academic issues within the educational and home settings allows us to provide interventions that yield measurable and timely results.
